Since Sheffield Wine Week is community-driven, no list of events is ever “final” or “complete”. Instead, this list is up-to-date as of 15 May 2025 — and more events may be added at any time.

Additionally, venues may be holding events during the week but have not officially reached out to us to be promoted here. We’re cool with it! Wine Week is for everyone!

All-Week Events & Offers

Expertly curated wine flights in celebration of Sheffield Wine Week!

Choose from five themed flights, each highlighting a different wine region, featuring a mix of hand-selected staff picks and crowd favourites from past events. For just £25, you’ll enjoy three distinctive wines paired with some tasty nibbles — the perfect way to explore new flavours or revisit classics. Whether you’re a wine aficionado or just wine-curious, there’s something here for everyone. Sip, snack, and celebrate with us – all week long!

Wednesday 18th June

Summer Wine Fair
@ Tenaya Wine Bar, 239-241 Crookes, S10 1TF
It’s Sheffield Wine Week! We’ll be opening more than 30 bottles of wine for you to try your way through. It’s a great way to explore our range & taste anything new that has hit the shelves in the last few months. This is a casual event where you are welcome to arrive at any time & taste the wines at your own pace. We’ll make sure there is a nibble of cheese here & there to soak up the delicious wines. We look forward to sharing our summer favourites with you!

Wine and Crisps Pairing

The pairing event of the year is back! We pour five exciting wines and serve them with their perfect crisp pairings. As we work through the line up we’ll break down the elements of food and drink pairing, what makes some flavours trickier to pair than others & why the architecture of a crisp is more important than you think. England Vs France | A Blind Sparkling Wine Tasting

We’ll explore the flavours of English and French sparkling wines during a blind tasting accompanied by cheese and charcuterie from the kitchen.

Sushi and Sake

Learn all about this incredible liquid. From the history and production methods to the taste between the different styles. Tasting through 7 different sakes, going through the whole range from Honjozo to Daijingo to the richly flavoured sake infused liqueurs. We’ll have 6 different hand-made artisan pieces of sushi plus some other accompaniments. (Vegan and non-fish sushi available upon request at booking.)

Pandemonium Wine Tasting

One of our favourite importers, specialising in natural and low-intervention winemakers from across Slovakia and the Czech Republic, will be in the building showing off his consistantly amazing selection of hand-picked products.

Local Wine for Local People

Join us in store for a dynamic tasting of the wines from Sheffield’s closest winery, Renishaw Hall. We will be joined remotely by head winemaker and all round maverick vintner, Kieron Atkinson. Wine Week Fest

Modeled after California outdoor wine fairs, come enjoy wine by-the-glass alongside beautiful views and family-friendly activities in the park!
Each ticket comes with a complimentary Sheffield Wine Week premium plastic wine glass, a festival guide, and access to all of the festival’s ammentities: over a dozen pay-as-you-go wine and drink vendors, as well as a selection of food trucks, live music and activities for both adults and children.
